Ulli was having a meeting with Charlie about the Schneider's in Munich, Tom fell asleep waiting for him to come back. They were going to spend the whole day in bed, but Ulli kept getting interrupted by phone calls from Munich. He had to go back for an interview, but promises to return to Duesseldorf later that evening. Tom delivers something to Charlie for Ulli, and she asks if he's moving to Munich, since Ulli is going to stay there. Tom didn't know that, and is upset.
