  • How is that thin blade working for you at 61RC?

  • @GrinderMagee Very good! 154CM is far from brittle. I've had it bend, but it streightens right up nice!

  • Just curious, did you work and shape the steel yourself or did you purchase a rough blade and just construct the handle etc?

And if so, how did you heat treat it?

  • @saigudbai it was a 3 foot hunk of steel when I got it, I did everything one can except for the heat treatment, that part a local guy did cause I don't have all the expensive equipment...

  • @CubworksLL That's still pretty cool. That would be a pretty useful hobby in my opinion. Nice work.

  • @saigudbai thanks man!

  • Nice knife. Very impressive! Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff.

  • @basilweir Thanks lots man!

  • Very good! Thanks for obeying my orders, lol! ;D

  • @thedollsisters You mean by making a vidoe!

Indeed! I am going to make another knife here soon too.

  • dura coat it !

  • @SharpestKnife95 No no no! lol

It's a natural wooden handle, it has a brass hilt, and it would be just ugly with a colored blade!

  • @h4h4h4 Will do, thanks man!

  • that is the best sheath i have ever seen!

  • @gavphoenix1 ha, well thanks!

But really, wait till I show a good Kydex sheath! They are awesome, I am going to build one like the SOG tech bowie has....look for my upcoming review on the Tech bowie, it is just and awesome knife!
