I'm a atheist and you might expect me to get up here and say religion is source of all evil in the world. (To almost all of you) I have no clue how any of you could confuse the Heaven's Gate cult for Christianity. Possibly due to a willfull ignorance of Christianity stemming from a prejudice. This guy was obviously insane: He just made an indirect claim of being Jesus. Didn't Jesus Himself warn against this(Matt.24:4,23-26)? I highly suggest everyone to do their homework on Heaven's Gate and Christianity before they claim similarities. But then that would require you to look up a Bible, wouldn't it?
