@TheChristianOPM -the composer of this song is Alway Bartolome both lyrics and music and the one who sings is Lalaine Lagabon. I exactly dont know the album since i first heard this song when i was still 5 years old i think... so i think its been 2 decades ago when this album was released.

Love this song. First heard it four years ago when my wife and I with our two kids were in the USA. A compact disc by Lalaine Lagabon Vida was given to me by my cousin who lives in Fremont, San Francisco. Very nice song, both lyrics and melody.
