Every other season they have old houseguests come back to host a competittion. Jesse is incredidibly bitter, that's why he kept blaming America for his eviction, America didn't give Jeff the power just to get rid of Jessie. Jeff got the power because he was likable. Jessie was evicted becuase it was a smart move. He should stop acting like it was a conspiracy!
