@OrginalKork When targeting your chest you try to lean forward and you also use a wider hand placing. When targeting triceps you try to keep your upper body as straight as possible and have a narrower hand placing.
@Batair No Maaaan....I say F that. Throw more weight on that belt, do less reps / set, and balance it. Then let your chest and triceps take care of themselves. For extra resistance and strength, eat the entire contents of your refrigerator.

loose the weight so you can do a complete set targeting your chest instead of turning it into a tricep movement half way through
