its the combination of the NDAA with SOPA which allows the US government the power to target anyone on youtube,which means anyone on the planet, that dosen't exress their views, to have their stuff taken down fined and or imprisoned, which they dont even have to do that, i.e. they can detaind you indefinite with no trial. example Warren von Strom used Du Hast in his video while bashing The U.S about going to war for oil. So US then gets him expedited on so called charges of terrorism and piracy.
