So you have a lot of videos on this, but I dont really hear you talking about the results. You are certainly not overweight so I'm assuming you just want to build muscle, how is that going?
ok this is a mild workout, but it breaks the #1 rule of muscle building. Don't overwork muscles when they are sore!. My chest and triceps were killing me from the first two workouts of the second month. Then in the recovery day I'm supposed to do all these pushups?!?!?! I know how to lift and what not to do. If your muscles do not recover after a workout they DON"T get stronger.
@TheInsanity570 If you think you are overworking your muscles, cut back. I like to work sore muscles because the movement makes them feel LESS sore. I agree you slow down your progress if you overwork a muscle in resistance training (ie if you try working your biceps EVERYDAY to fatigue), but I don't consider this overworking any particular muscle group, nor do I think soreness is a means to measure.
@TheInsanity570 - There is a difference between recovery and doing nothing at all. Even sore muscles should be worked. If you get yourself all sore and then slack off your muscles will heal no stronger than they were before. Always keep a little pressure on them and your results will explode.

Thats also why you do less pushups in certain videos than you do in the others to give you that recovery time but still also warmup and stretch those muscles out at the same time...now if you lift plus doing insanity, try to match the days you do chest and tri's on the days with insanity that has the lest amount of pushups and such.

Usually they're in their room during my workouts! They know this is "Mommy's time" so they usually keep clear of the workout area. Some videos (during the recording) they come in or run by, but for the hour of my workout they give me my time :)
Hi im starting in 3 days!! im soo exited, but have you notice alot of diff? like in jeans size or weight lost? im a size 7 and i want to know ...like about how long it might take. Keep the good job! :)
Pants are looser, but at this point it is too early to expect a significant change. I can definitely feel alot more strength in my core muscles and legs, and I'm seeing greater definition in my arm muscles. With these programs the real dramatic results come at the end.
