This is better than the other vid since as far as I can tell, nothing's been ripped from the Dawn of War series (buildings/sound effects). Much more legit and better for the community as a whole! Keep up the good work.

I dunno, I like consistancy in sound effects from one game to another 40k wise, maybe take sound effects from Final Liberation or Chaos Gate here and there too. the Lascannon sound effects are certainly from DoW.

but the bolters in DoW and in this seemed more like machine guns rather than machine missile launchers, maybe a more rapid firing version of the Fire Warrior Bolter with less recoil, which felt like the most accurate i've seen to date.

rip it from dawn of war. search for fda2aifc.exe and decShell.exe

those will get you your sounds, as long as you extract them from dow with the mod packager first.

you have to rip them from dawn of war. search a program fda2aifc and decShell. that converts dawn of war sound files to .wavs. then use itunes or something to make them mp3s

Awesome mod!!! Couple things though, monilith collision, as I'm sure you know =p, bolt rounds, they should explode, as previouslt mentioned, though they arent rockets..., and last time I checked, war sythes don't shoot... and obviously some out the modeling could do with some touchups.

Needs some work on the gun-firing. Gauss Flayers do not shoot plasma bolts, it's more of a green electrocution effect. As for the bolters, the sparks were flying out the wrong way.

Looks like all you did was export warhammer models into 3dsmax and import them into the mod.
