  • hahaha...french crowds are fucked

  • putos franceses de mierda

  • French are the worst no doubt, American crowd is the best, I've been to the U.S open before.

  • @BrazilskiFarmer It's funny, I ve seen this bad comment against all nationalities on plenty of youtube videos...

It prooves that everyone can cheat your little mind with a simple video editing.

  • Thumbs Up if this had released the beast in Serena.

  • Wish all the tennis fans were like australians.. They even cheer when a unknown player scores a point against a australian player.. This is just crazyness.. So unfair for one player.. Brits, French And even Americans have to learn how to be a good audiance and take the example from the aussies.. Greetz from Holland.. :)

  • Hingis was an arrogant bitch all through her career - serves her right.

  • @sooperfukker

    She improved in later years.

  • I must have been watching a different video because I didn't see any rude French. I saw Henin cheating and Hingis being unsporting.

  • you have 2 instance.......really come on the worst is the us open

  • All french are gays :)

  • French assholes, that first girl was 18y old.. What a dicks

  • @robbodudeguy

Hingis was old enough to call lesbian French player Mauresmo "half a man" and say that Steffi Graf "is old now and her time has passed".

I mean, which decent person would NOT boo an asshole like that?

  • French people are rude and everybody around the entire world knows it. Although the French Canadians are lovely. Euro Disney is more popular than the Eiffel Tower, I wonder why???

  • The crowd is made up of morons. So they thought Martina Hingis and Serena Williams were in the wrong? Who cares? Who are they to pick the tone for the rest of the match? It makes a mockery of Steffi Graf and Justine Henin, as well as the other two.

  • @Minty210

The French like classy and humble champs like Graf and Henin.

And detest arrogant bitches like Hingis.

  • @Hoffenheim08 So the rest of the world is somehow different? Everyone appreciates class and humility in players, but I think the crowd here need to learn some for themselves.

  • @Minty210

In other countries (Russia, Serbia, USA) classless and arrogant players get more slack.

Not so in Australia, the UK or Germany.

  • There's really just no need for it, I mean you don't see that at the Australian Open and we're pretty rowdy when you think of it. It's not the French themselves to blame, it's their arrogance and their narrow-mindedness that makes them think they are above everybody. Because to eachother they're very polite and caring. It's just when they see an american or any foreigner in fact they think they shouldn't be there. All in all, they shouldn't host an international tennis tournament again.

  • @Nefarious1603 espèce de débile, avec tes clichés! C'est pas parce qu’il y a un Français

comme tu le décris qu'on est tous pareil

  • @Nefarious1603 You can't say that. It's like you've said black people are egoists or asian people are close-minded. It's called racism...

  • I cant stand the french people they are so gay

  • unos soretes los frenchutes!

  • The French audience, rude????? Ce qu'il ne faut pas entendre! Hingis was just an 18-year-old little girl who was throwing a tantrum and, hopeless about what to do, tried a nasty trick on simply the best female player of all time. How mean of her! The French crowd, quite knowledgeable about tennis anyway, just gave Hingis what she deserved, and Frenchman as I am, I would have done exactly the same! All in all, Queen Steffi won and will remain in History as a lot friendlier than homophobic Hingis.

  • @micpicq You're an idiot. Its not a nasty trick, serving underarm is perfectly legal, the crowd had no right to jeer her for that. Im all for supporting your favourite player to win but booing someone for their style of play and cheering someone's service faults is classless. Its easy to see why so many people hate them.

  • @ElSpewtardo

    Yes, serving underarm is "legal".

And evidence that you don't respect your opponent and the crowd. The crowd understood that very well.

  • The french are renowned for being rude conceited pricks. How dare they do that to hingis. Fuckin frog pricks.

  • @TheSonicSkier

The French don't like their lesbian players called "half a man".

    Funny isn't it?

  • @TheSonicSkier Boooooooring! Little Hingis was hurt???? Boo boo Hingis!! Go to mummy, no one ever liked you and we're far better off without you around! Steffi, queen of Paris! The French are renowned, my dear, for being knowledgeable about this sport, quite the opposite of you. Et toc!

  • The French tennis fans are the absolute WORST tennis fans there are... Hingis didn't deserve to be treated like that. One of the few times I genuinely wanted Hingis to win.

  • @kljMN2 Hingis didn't have to go to Graf's side of the court to contest a referee decision at the beginning of the second set (Hingis had then won the first set). This was really rude.

  • @wizzie47 Perfectly right!!!

  • @kljMN2 That was shenanigans put on by Hingis with that serve. She was my fav growing up though!

  • @kljMN2

Why do you think Hingis didn't deserve to be treated like that????

  • @kljMN2 The French tennis fans are the absolute BEST tennis fans there are, and Hingis ABSOLUTELY deserved a little lesson. But the best of all lessons was never, never to win Roland Garros. Good riddance!

  • Comment removed

  • this black american and this swissess were so fucking arrogant

  • I love the French crowd

  • Funny as fuck

  • French crowd is the fucking worse crowd ever. But hingis deserve it. She is the most rude player ever. After this incident she started behave a little better. I guess she learnt her lesson. Serena I dont think she deserve that kind of treatment. She did nothing wrong in that match except for standing up whats right for her.

  • @susceotible best crowd ever ! don'lt like prima donnas ! don't like unfairplay ! don't like stars ! only recognize talent

  • @jembozzo

The French like style, elegance, grace and class.

No wonder Hingis and Serena had a tough stand there. Although Serena never behaved as bad there as Hingis. That she is not an elegant player is not her fault.

  • @Hoffenheim08

You're kidding right? The behaviour of the crowd is far from your assertion that they like 'style, elegance, grace and class'.

  • @simjom02

They like it at the players.

And they behave really nasty when the players are grace- and classless.

  • All French people are cunts

  • i dunno what this proves hingis and williams dot deserve to be spoken in the same breathe as graf they should just bow before the G.O.A.T and be grateful she is still not smacking their asses around the court

  • French are fucked up

  • @solied3

    Gotta love them!!!

  • @solied3 connard, les français t'emmerdent

  • @solied3 God there are some racists in youtube!

  • @solied3 thanks for such an enlightning and useful comment...

As for the vid, too: "French are rude : the Montage !!".

    Youtube-waste-of-time approved ;)

  • Anti-French title with anti-French comments. The truth is I always enjoyed Rolland Garros and it is one of the top 4 tournaments in the world, arguably the 2nd best. Hingis and Williams are not your average friendly players, as arrogant as they come.

  • @solied3 Solied3 (and the like) are so not French, and tant mieux ;) Booooooring!!!!

  • The French crowd and Henin are a perfect fit- both complete assholes.

  • @david030491

Henin is one of the classiest players post-Steffi.

  • Hingis was a bitch anyway.

  • Its hard because tennis is not known for that and their just one person. But it happens in boxing or anything else with just two athletes. And ive been close to the courts at a few NBA games and man do those guys here stuff all the time. Soo?

  • Rude French, everyone in France is rude. Horrible country, horrible fans, horrible cunts. Simply horrid.

  • @132000Volts lol you obviously don't know french people there are cunts in every fire trucking countries

  • @132000Volts

    Gotta love the French!

  • THIS IS AMAZING ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • Yeah well I'm all for Kvitova. At least the WTA would havw a female no 1 player who has actually won a slam. Amazin.

  • @hearditman She will win many more. That girl is incredible. Who knew her a year ago. And this she's won 6 tournaments incl. Wimbledon and WTA Finals. And she's totally offensive. I mean her style of play. And she's actually a very down-to-earth person, very humble

  • @jakubpetricek

She is quite likable, has an attractive game and could win more slams.

    Could become my new favourite.

  • @Hoffenheim08 Petra? Well, sheĺl never be so "marketable" as Sharapova, her English has to improve, she's from Czechia (Wozniacki wouldn't be marketing-wise so big had she had a Polish flag next to her name). She will earn more on prize money than on contracts with , let's say, Turkish airlines, but that's what I like. She still drives a Škoda :-) Her family never had enough money, as her Dad is a high-school teacher and they earn little (says a lot about our society).

  • @jakubpetricek

Why - I don't think Danmark is sexier than Poland or the Czech Republic.

Thinking about it, Czechia is a very good address tennis-wise.

  • @Hoffenheim08 I can assure you the country matters a lot. We're considered an "Eastern European" country - not geographically, but politically. I mean Vienna is east of Prague, yet Austria is the West, Czechia is the East. Djoković managed to beat this with his showmanship and great tennis. Many great players have been Czech, still when their managers speak they always talk of the disadvantage of being from the East. People are ignorant. I was in Spain and couldn't get a flat coz

  • I would tell i was from Prague. They have problems with Romanian immigrants. For weeks I couldn't get anything. Then i thought "fuck that! - their English is bad i will start saying I am of mixed English-Czech origin, mostly living in Britain. Within a day i could choose from 3 different appartments. It happened in Granada, a university town. Young people turned me down just for being from East. It was very humiliating.Luckily, their English sucked :-) I wouldn't want to be black

  • @jakubpetricek Everyone has problems with "Romanian Immigrants", namely: Gypsies!

  • @jakubpetricek

Prague was always and still is in the middle of Europe.

  • @Hoffenheim08 But what I like most about Kvitova is her game. Caroline waits for her opponent's mistake, Petra goes for it. Like FC Barcelona or the current German Mannschaft - offensive play. Good on clay, grass, indoors. I saw her beat Clijsters at Paris Indoors final in February - I bet on Petra before the game and could buy two jackets afterwards :-) - and wrote on my Facebook page: this is the next nr. 1. You're crazy ppl replied. Kvitova will be as succesful as Steffi. Cheers

  • @jakubpetricek

I don't think Kvitova will win 22 slams.

But she could be the most successful player in the next years. I wish her well.

  • She won 22?!? Wow! Reemember when she beat Jana Novotna and she cried afterwards. Petra only has 21 to win now .-) Realistically, I think 10 Slams would be fantastic. She could have won at French Open already but started hitting 5 cm behind lines against Li Na. When she gets more stable, she'll be great. She can win big matches, on a good day no one can beat her. I also like Petković as she's different and cool. Hope she goes up soon. Just weird not to see any American in Top 10

  • The French have no class whatsoever.

  • I love it. Yeah, they're rude, but it's the only major that's like that anymore. Even the US Open has lost it's edge in recent years.

  • i say a crowd can cheer as loud and as much as they want FOR someone, e.g. Graf or whomever, but should never terrorize a player with boos and trying to mess up their serve and stuff, even if the player is a jerk, unless the player decapitated a chipmunk or something during the match.

  • @ponetak

Hingis insulted Graf. Which is way worse than decapitating a chipmunk.

Thank God Steffi destroyed Martina's career with that match.

  • @Hoffenheim08 Do you thank the guy who stabbed Seles with reviving Grafs career?

  • @MrLAKERS21

In what regard did her "revive" Graf's career?

You think he was responsible that Steffi didn't lose 7 of 8 matches to Sabatini again?

Or that Steffi never lost to Novotna again post-92 (while she lost to her 3 times within 13 months in 1991/92)?

  • @Hoffenheim08 The fact that she started winning Grand Slams again?

  • @MrLAKERS21

What had the stabbing to do with Graf winning Wimbledon and USO?

Right - nothing as Seles never was able to beat Graf on a fast court.

And on clay they were 1-1 H2H when Seles was #1 (and 2-2 when she wasn't).

Maybe you are referring to the 1994 AO? Graf played far better than year in Melbourne than ever before. No chance in hell for a non-stabbed Seles to beat her there.

  • Never seen such a rude crowd, this is bad even compared to other sports.

  • @kelman221

u dummy dumy fuck fuck, i make a shitz on ur kar

  • @mjsupafly Trying to be Borad or sometihng? lol

  • @kelman221

    u fat black fukc buy

  • @kelman221 i want u

  • @kelman221

u stuped fuckbich, i tink u is fuckin dirty nasty blakass maderfuker

  • @kelman221 Were any of us there to tell what happened? John McEnroe did things other player would be suspended for a couple of years

  • @jakubpetricek No but we have something called video footage that shows us what happened and explains what happened. And yeah I agree McEnroe did do things that other people would be suspended for, not quite sure what youre trying to say here haha. In his defense though, when I look back at alot of his angry moments there are a good number that he had the right to be angry and he just let it out. I think people try to piss him of just for the reaction haha.

  • French crowd has gotten better, but once they were very rude...

  • @no288 I mean to have 15,000 French supporting a German you must have done something wrong. I like to watch Majors and don't find the French any more or less fair than anywhere else

  • Blame the Jews and the cyclists!

    Why cyclists?

    And why Jews?

  • More like the rudeness of Hingis.

  • Hingis is gods chosen child, fuck all french, these little tricks of the trade make the game more interesting, fuck u french, hingis will live to fight another day.

  • @mulucha1985

    Which day?

  • haha. I have been to France. Some of them are pretty rude.

  • The French are very aggressive until there's an army facing them...LOL! Just kidding (kind of).

  • french people can be so rude and justine was always rude!!!

  • I would have given them all the finger

  • @Bedrijfseconoom

I agree, France is a beautiful country but french people are arrogant especailly when they know English but refuse to speak English~

Which country are you come from?

  • @andyivan11 The French people , most of them, speak English. Try to speak any other language but English with the English people. They don't even bother to learn. I kinda understand the frustration of the French - their language was the primary language of diplomacy, sports etc..The Emperors of Austria and Prussia talked French to each other. All my French friends who lived in Prague learnt Czech - and it is not easy. My German friends learnt too. The English and Americans - none did. Some tried

  • nothing please me more than see sepenis lose

  • I can testify that the RG public can be really stupid. I'm french and I was working at RG at the time of the Graf/Hingis final. I don't particularly like Hingis, but the crowd had decided BEFORE the match that Graf should win.

I have to say I think it's not representative of the french people. RG audience is full of wannabes, parisians hipsters, and people that go there just to be seen...

A real tennis lover doesn't behave like this.

  • Oh come on. It's easy to show three games within 15 years time where the crowd is strange. GO to the US it is worth there is a continuous noise, music at the break, smell of food, plane noise. About serena...just remenber what she did in the last US.... So don't be hypocrit idiot

  • this public looks like a football stadium... and this is bad. every year happened the same thing at roland garros, but unfortunately there is a lot of ignorant people at the RG (sorry for my english if it isn't good)

  • Comment removed

  • Nothing wrong with disrespecting Serena. She deserves it.

  • Wow, even in Greece they don't do this in tennis matches !

  • Next time the Germans product Panzer tanks... Americans need to sit back, eat popcorn and enjoy the 2 week show ( that should be about the time it takes the Germans to KICK THEIR ASS!! )

  • I remember this

  • wow. never seen this before. so rude. used to like french people. so sad.

  • @iloveregineforlife

    Gotta love the French.

They know an ass when they see one.

  • fuckin frenchies

  • @liljohn13243546 fuck you amerifat

  • They are idiots (public).

  • it's true that the french open masses can be pain in the ass rude... but in case of the Hingis final against Graf, Hingis deserved every single boooo and even more. I have NEVER ever seen such an ugly playing and behaving female tennis player than Hingis there. And she deserved the lost too!

  • @PatagonianWarrior an ugly playing? 1) you don't watch the match, or 2) you have no idea of tennis, not idea at all. hingis dominated the match until one attitude mistake from her, complaning an out call from the chair umpire (that WAS IN) and she did something that a player can never do, cross over to steffi side of court. From that moment, french crowd was against her just like we saw in this video, and she was a very young player, in the french open finale and against steffi graf...

  • @Saintlloyd1 Hingis was already several years on the tour back then, so I do not let go the "argument" of pressure of a supposedly inexperienced. When I talked about "ugly", I didn't mean her playing technics, but her whole behaviour, also prior the match. By the way, I have watched this game, actually I was present in this tournament in Paris back then. Where were you then? You are now 20 years old, you hardly could talk back then... so don't try to give me lessons. It results a bit ridiculous

  • @PatagonianWarrior ... she couldn't manage the presure, what is natural to play with a crow like that yelling every single point you play and you are 19 years old. In fact, that low service was something that just a GENIUS can do, to have nerves to do that being down in the score in the championship set for steffi... you can't just come here and say "ugly playing" say that from anyother female player, but about hingins, specially in that match! LMFAO

  • @Saintlloyd1

Er, at which points in the first set did the crowd yell against Hingis, you joker?

  • @PatagonianWarrior stupid idiot, she was 18 years old and it's allowed to do some tricks like the one from the video, especially when you're so young like her. It makes tennis more attractive and anyway the match was almost over

  • @knabberholz

I found it most entertaining to see Hingis crying at the end.

  • @Maniac742 I have never seen a person say the same crap and prejudice in a sentence ... the worst .. I think you never set foot in France. But those who take this video to insult the French people: Poor little frustrated ......Raciste,stupid, ignorant... suicide yourself s'il vous plait

  • @SuperMisternono Don 't worry. You find idiots with prejudices against any nation or group of people. I hear the "French are too arrogant to speak English" but every French I know speaks English, all the French who live in Prague speak Czech or they learn. The English or Americans - there are many who have lived here for more than 10 yrs. None speaks Czech. It's too difficult. I know more people with respect for France than those who hate it. Nations have good and bad things.Except the Finns :-)

  • This crowd is seriously retarded. The thing I don't understand the most is how they hate Rafa so much -.- They take the class out of Tennis.

  • Comment removed

  • i hate the french open it's completely different from for example wimbledon... there's too much negative energy from the french crowd ughhh! they just need to shut the fck upp & just enjoy the fckng moment

  • Completely agree that the French are complete inbreds. Their behaviour is the most uncivil of all tennis audiences around the world. I hope they lose the GS to someone like China. And French people in general are just unbelievably arrogant and chauvinistic. That's probably why they like Fed so much. Same mentality- Me myself, I and only moi! Ar$ewipes.

  • they need to understand that this isnt a hockey or a base ball game where you're allowed to cheer all game or chant shit?

  • @threestugz Proves you know nothing about the French. I can assure you hockey and baseball are not good examples. Ask them who Gretzky or Messier are - not their game. Football (the real one, played with feet) or rugby would be better examples. I have been to France and been shocked by their friendliness, hospitality etc.. France has a great history of the famous pre-war players known as The Four Musketeers, one of them was Rene Lacoste - he founded a pretty global mark later on

  • Fuck the french, they shouldn't feel so proud with a shit of country and history they have

  • I said it many times, guys the french crowd is uneducated and rude! It was obvious in 2009 Nadal loss in RG and these are excellent examples. Crowds always get exited and noisy but there is behaviour like this that makes anybody SICK!!!

  • French crowd is rude with arrogant players (Hingis, Lendl, Leconte, McEnroe) but kind with cool people ! (Graf, Nadal,Federer, Borg).

    That's all !

  • It's an irony that Hingis went on to marry a French guy in Paris.

  • whistling French faggots.

  • French are disgusting...

  • Fuck the French!

  • @AroundTheWaymon The French salute you moron.

  • @wizzie47 Oh well thanks for the insight, still Fuck the French and Fuck You too!

  • @AroundTheWaymon Certainly not smartass. Now get lost.

  • @wizzie47 I manipulate you over the internet! Just like a French man, you dish it but cant take it!

  • the french are fuking dickheads and all the french girls re slag ... bunch off fuking dickheads

  • love serena

  • how disgusting.

  • Those poor multi - millionaire players. Must be tough putting up with that kind of behaviour from the paying public. I sure hope a cruise in the Ferrari and a trip to the Riviera helped them cope.

  • None of what happened there is a surprise. It is France after all.

  • The underarm serve was not very respectful in all honesty. If my favorite player did that, I'd be upset.

  • was this recorded on a cellphone

  • i don't like anything french not even their fries

  • Rolland Garros Crowd is the best in the world, very enthusiastic and yes sometimes rude, but they just react how the players act.

  • I DEF don't mean to be mean but did Serena say "All my life I had to fight"?? @ 4:22 Hahahaaaaaah that reminded me of the Color Purple LOL

Now that we got that out the way, French crowds are pretty much always pathetic

  • What a bunch of ghetto losers

  • Fuck the French - rudest cunts in the whole world.

  • Serving like that undermines the integrity and professionalism of the game. You think it's hilarious , I say if she comes into my hood anytime soon she'll get her little Swiss ass kicked into oblivion..........

  • shes hot

  • The French people are almost rude as the Chinese. This reminds me of when China lost an Asian Cup match to Japan, and started throwing bottles at them. Filthy animals.

  • Can somebody give me an explanation why Martina Hingis got so unpopular in the beginning? Was it just because of that serve?

  • @laaarsn The serve, her general unsportsman like conduct. She bad mouthed Amelie Mauresmo of France saying when she played her it was like playing a man. So the crowd were naturally pissed with the little Swiss bitch. :-)

  • @hearditman I did see the serve that made the crowd go nuts for no reason..... If she can get the point by serving like that it's just hilarious. No reason to get mad...

  • @hearditman Well, Mauresmo is fucking masculine, isn't she :-) The little Swiss bitch has as much Swiss blood as Wozniacki Danish. Her mother language is Czech as is mine, and i think her Mom has made her nr. 1 at the age of 17 and retire at 22. When pregnant she decided her daughter would be new Martina Navrátilová, when 6 Martina was taken from her Dad to Switzerland - her father is Slovak and has given up over the years. Lost his daughter. Hingis's mother is smoking gun. Rolland Garros is OK

  • @hearditman I am wondering if to anyone Serena resembles Desiree DeVere from Little Britain. When on TV taken from the back she's totally like her. That would be politically incorrect , ha ha

  • @jakubpetricek Ha ha, I do see the resemblance between Desiree and Serena. Although Desiree has more style and grace. So the little Swiss bitch is a little Czech bitch. That's interesting.

  • @hearditman

    hey fuck 2 u

  • @mjsupafly How rude!

  • @hearditman

bich fuck u, i make a shitz 2 ur face

  • @hearditman yap a real Czech bitch :-)) Thou in my opinion her mother is the bitch. Martina was her tool. I mean what kind of life is this: at 17 champion, at 20 retiring?! Always different players to support. There's a new Czech champion, I mean a real one. Finally! This bitch called Petra Kvitová! I think Petra will rule tennis for years. She was nr. 35 in January, today she's nr. 2! Won 6 tournaments in 2011 and slso led Czech Rep. to the Fed Cup victory - first since 1988!

  • When I saw Kvitová playing at Paris indoors in February 2011 I knew a new star was born. She was to face Clisters in the final but I bet money on Kvitová. And I made a bet she'd be nr. 1 by the end of the year. Well, I lost, she's nr. 2. I don't get why she's not nr. 1. She won Wimbledon or Masters, six titles in 2011 as many as Wozniacki but Caroline doesn't win the big ones. But she is the new champion and she's to stay. Women tennis lacks a big persona like Navrátilová, Graf or Williams
