I remember when this track first came out iin the clubs back in the 90's. Video Vibrations on BET, which playes house videos ran the shit out of it and I loved every minute of it. Classic track this is. The video depicted just how the house music clubs are. So much happening at once. All kinds of effects for the eye. The ambience is captured in this video. It sucks I can't find it here on You Tube.
Oh, I am smiling from ear to ear. Listening to this album takes me back to my college days. We used to use this album as our warm up in Mr. Greene's dance class, and it served as the inspiration for several fashion show scenes :-)))
Can I say Classic. I started this track on on my house mix that is aired on the Fingersnaps Music Salon on 89.5 KPOO San Francisco. I am on from 12mid to 3:00am Wednesdays just in cased you needed to know that. I feature Disco, A house mix, NuJazz and Soul music. Tone in and feel the vibe of the bay.
omg this is my roots. im 28 my brother was 10 years older than me and to say the least a house head and so am i. would like to go to sum house clubs but everytime i go all the gay people hit on me and i cant let loose and be free. sooooo not fair
awwww, remember traveling from Trenton, NJ going up RT 1 then the GSP enroute to BRICK CITY, NJ (NEWARK) just to have a good time. party till 5 am in the morning. stopping off at White castle or the Omega Diner on RT 1. tired as hell, but I would not change it, if I had to relive those day all over again, not at all!!!!

@dirtyedna ah the paradise garage! if you want to get some oldskool flava with cool current house vibes, come out to Coney Island on Saturdays & Sundays. a few oldskool DJ's and current ones come by and play sets during the day in the summer behind the Cyclone on the boardwalk.
You have to be lonely to go out and party. the lonely people are the people in the clubs afriad to dance, the ones who are standing like they hold up the walls.
This is my FAVORITE house/dance track of ALL TIME! It gets no better than this one baby. This is where House should be today. I am gonna go dig this one up and wake my neighbors up. LOL

I'm just happy for youtube where people of all ages can gush over their favorite music.

@joegrind222 I sooo agree....when we danced all night, sweated our troubles and cares away and then went and had breakfast at the 24-hr diner across the street at like 7am!
ohhh yes Lorettas!!! But when DJ Sedrick would spin and you could notget off the dance floor!! The Warehouse would be filled top to bottom with all the club kids sweating and dancing ....those were the days!!
DAMN, I MISS GOIN TO LORETTA's ON FRI/SAT NITE DURING UNDERGRAD @ THE AUC.......... anybody else remember the good ole days b4 these new "queens" took ova :--)
0:58........Ohhhhhhhhhhhh yeah...............and I was off and dancing. Told my man "not now"..and danced like no one was watching while I Sang my heart out...DEEP house and chicago...Never die. It only sounds BETTER with time :P
I remember watching this video on Video Vibrations on BET back in the 90's. That's when house was really at it's peak. Not saying that it's went anywhere. I believe it just had more commercialized exposure back then. I love this track. The clubs rocked it on a regular.
@gundam242 That was the jam. If you have not found it already check it out on YouTube. It is actually called "Do U Luv Me" but someone posted it as "Lil' Louis - Do You Love Me, Sony Music 1992" Search for that. For some reason it will not let me post the link.

Great stuff. Luv it.

I remember watching this video on Video Vibrations on BET back in the 90's. That's when house was really at it's peak. Not saying that it's went anywhere. I believe it just had more commercialized exposure back then. I love this track. The clubs rocked it on a regular.

@gundam242 .I totally agree !!! I loved each and every single track on this
CD !!!
Rico316 1 year ago
@gundam242 That was the jam. If you have not found it already check it out on YouTube. It is actually called "Do U Luv Me" but someone posted it as "Lil' Louis - Do You Love Me, Sony Music 1992" Search for that. For some reason it will not let me post the link.
