Young players plays by themself to be looked! I don't know if you remember Messi 3 years ago, in Germany, he did everything by himself! After the great players learn also to pass the ball but if a nineteen years old player is too young to learn that the team is more important than him, of course a 6 years old kid can't understand this! Everyone always wants to find or discover the new Maradona, Zidane, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho as a child. Sometimes if not always, people end up putting to much pressure on those kids. Kids who are talented and crowned as the next best thing are a dime a dozen. It's not until they hit their adolescence where you can tell if they have what it takes to go to the pro level. Even players who show promise at adolescence, are huge let downs in their twenties and as pros.
