glasklart is the theme, glasklart dock flow is the dock, and the background is his own wallpaper :)

Go into the "Photos" app and display the photo you want for your wallpaper. Then click the little gear thingy and click "set as wallpaper". If you don't have a jailbroken iPod touch/iPhone then it will only display as your lock background. If you do, however, go into Winterboard and check "User Wallpaper" and/or "User Lock Background". Then it should work.

If you need to take a screenshot just press the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time. Then the screenshot will be saved in your "Saved Photos" folder.

umm u can get it from various applications like backdrops or backgrounds which is free in the appstore. u can also use a pic of ur own as a background. go to winterboard and turn user wallpaper on. u must be jailbroken to do this. HOPE THIS HELPS :)...please subscribe:P
