The average woman in America is 5'4'' but the average height for female models is around 5'9'', but remember there are always exceptions to the rule, if you want something bad enough you find a way to make it happen!

Many are getting surgery done & I believe many more would if they could afford it. Downing of black features came from slavery FROM white people. We will have to agree to disagree on this one.

well I started running and cutting carbs, like to about 500. Right now i am in between like 137 and 138 give or take what i ate the day before i am kinda stuck right now at the same weight, so i am about to take up a notch. I love sweets so I really have to stay away from cookies, and I am Puerto Rican and black so i still have thighs and I really have to work extra hard to lose.
How did you do it i recently went down to 135 but I gained the weight right back...Please tell me what you did, I could really use some advise. I want to get down to 130 for starters then 125 and maybe 120. Thanks
