@donzaliko Yes, if you have a visa to the U.S. you can visit any of the 50 states, and any of the territories, including the USVI.

@donzaliko Hi I'm claire, Just to answer your question the USVI tried for statehood several years ago but was denied by the US Senate or Congress, I forgot which one, because the square footage of the three islands were not enough. USVI have sinced annexed Water Island to add square footage.
