Sorry but the 4 wali concept is wrong!! There are a lot of Waliz! They don't have an element of control but as the submit to the will of Allah, they are granted wilaaya from the throne of Allah but they rarely use their authority because they are humble in submission but sometimes a state of "Jalal" overtakes them in which what they say materializes!!
