doing abs exercise for most ppl is pointless because there body fat is over 12% what they should be considered about is cutting down the fat in there body so there abs will show.
if you do this and you have a little bit of a stomach, will it seem like you're gaining weight at first, then go away fast, or will you just start to loose the stomach fat and gain muscle?
do this without the ball to get results much faster. (keep your legs floating instead of resting on the ball, pop the ball with a pin if you feel the need)
Hmmm, this plus 3 hard core cardio sessions per week, strict nutrition plan, not to mention 2 strength training sessions per week. Then you may have 'ripped' abs coming your way... ;-)
"soo i need 60 reps to get big abs?" Big abs might depend on genetics more than exercise. No exercise will cover ALL muscles in an area, so combine with Russian Twists, crunches, etc.
