  • awesome version!! I never heard Jocko sing before!!

  • @michpackfan He also does really well on Shout, Rockin Robin and Love Potion No.9.

  • lol...lennie on piano and dan on drums!

  • Thanks!

  • Which video was it when the vocalists all ran out into the audience and found dancing partners for the song?

  • @sportshistorybuff hi hun x

Its on Runaround sue stage version xx

  • Jocko and the guys did a terrific job on this song ... a great performance from everyone ... as usual.

  • The only drag about Danny on the drums is that we see him playing the cans, but we don't get to see him shaking his can!

  • @roguejulie :girl afer my own heart. Grandma always raised me to first look at the "can" then the teeth anything else didn't matter ROTF Grandma was a Can girl for sure

  • the Blues Brothers version of this song is much better

  • @Kalkas53 ; I have to disagree. ohhhh myyyyyy Jocko is SPECTACTULAR here

  • Does anyone know where I can find Jocko singing lead to "I Ain't Got No Home," with Johnny and Bowzer?

  • @VanDowall

Oh that sounds good. I want that too :-)

    Have you found it ?

  • @daintyWatch No, that's why I'm asking.

  • @VanDowall

Well, I thought since you wrote that comment 5 months ago, you might have found it by now.

  • @daintyWatch If I had, I would've uploaded it and shared it with everyone.

  • Do the boys ever sing any other Beatles' songs? I love Jocko's mashed potatoes dance.

  • @VanDowall The Beatles didn't do this one.

  • @roguejulie Yes, they recorded it in 1962.

  • @roguejulie Oh, wait. That was Dave Clark 5. Sorry 'bout that.

  • Nice one Chico ! Dirty Dan on drums! They were a ten man juke box , always had the right singer for the song. No egos. They always gave 100 per cent !

  • The original verson of this song just came on the radio and I discovered that I can do the entire SNN dance to this song from memory. LOL

  • I am trying so hard not to sing right now. I have a bad case of laryngitis and 1. I really can't talk let along sing right now. 2. Trying to sing REALLY hurts my poor throat. But it's hard to not sing along with these talented and adorable boys.

  • "Do you like it like this?" is such a loaded question from any of the guys in the band!

  • Shout out to Danny on the drums. Only Jocko or Danny could do this song justice.

  • I LOVE you for saying that. So much is said about Johnny (whom I adore. He is a very nice person via e-mail LOL Never met him in person) or Santini (who is sexy yes) or Donny (I'm not saying nuthin here) or Chico (whom I love as much as Danny) but OMG Danny ROCKS on drums, guitar, VOCALS ..... well he is superb

  • I give this 1 million Stars this is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love Johnny's dance moves, that's for sure! Could he BE any sexier? I don't think so! LOL

  • Way to go Jocko, you rock!

  • Hey Foofsmom: "Jocko can sing... yet I-Love Johnny's 'Tush-Wiggle'... 'Ooh-La-La'!!"

  • Man, I wish I could have been alive when this show was on!!!!!

  • Thanks, I feel old now as I was 20 when this show started back in 1977!! Let me get my cane! LOL!!

I'm glad ya discovered them as they ROCK!!!

  • Wow. I'm right in the middle. I was 4 when Grease hit the theaters, 5 when I saw Sha-na-na for the first time, and 8 when I met them backstage after my second show.

That said, no one's mentioned Lenny on piano or Scott on guitar?

  • Cool that you got to meet the boys!

I just noticed Lennie playing piano, I didn't catch that the other times I've watched this! I did know that Screamin' Scott was on guitar though!

  • OMG you blew me away . I so did NOT notice that.THANK YOU for seeing that. Lenny gets Piano Props for this. WOW. I've seen this alot and did not notice.THANKS I love seeing him at the piano too.

  • I've only seen Lennie playing sax! Also, I've only seen Jocko playing drums! I don't recall Denny or Santini playing any instruments. I've seen Johnny on piano, Bowzer on piano, Chico on bass, drums & guitar, Screamin' on piano & guitar & Donny on piano, guitar & drums. Donny & Chico have played clarinet in skits but not on stage as I recall.

  • Admittedly, there's about a 90% chance that all of it, outside of the vocals are actually canned, so it doesn't really matter who's sitting at the piano, but still...

(If you don't believe me, watch Scott during any Jerry Lee Lewis number. Usually, what he's doing and what the piano is doing are two slightly different things.) Doesn't detract in my mind from the performance at all, though.

  • I love you Jocko...lol

  • Ya know the more I watch this ... the more I like Jocko doing it better than Patrick.

  • Umm...boys? I like it like that...LOL

    grease4peace...

  • He can come give me dance lessons. ♥

  • Im so glad that everyone in this beautiful band always had a chance to play lead!!! So glad. Jocko is such a cutie...LOL

    grease4peace

  • wow, Dirty Dan on drums in place of Jocko, Screamin Scott on guitair and Lenny on piano. Nice!
