I know another one! In the Penguin Race Track, without the penguin there (1st star), don't touch the slide. Instead, get by the wall right in front of the track, change your view so that you can see the wall behind the start. Now backflip, and you can keep spinning (oh yeah, I forgot to mention that you need Luigi.)! Plus, if you go down to the finish place, you can go behind the door, and see the unloaded "outside". It's also a good shortcut for the penguin race :)
