@Omi25p How long does it take for a movie with a huge paid cast and crew to write a script, cast characters, negotiate schedules, develop/find a set, then finally shoot and advertise? YEARS! Joe is basically doing this BY HIMSELF and has to work around the schedules of other youtubers who are trying to their their JOBS, as you put it. Also, a great reason people love working on youtube is because youtube doesn't fire you!
