According to the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Article 1 describes the duties of the Vice President. Biden's Constitution is different from the one that we use in the United States.

It's a CREDIT problem not a housing problem. TOO MANY AMERICANS have too much debt and are leveraged to their eyeballs and one little factor changing, like say gas prices going up, brings the whole house of cards down. AMERICANS over consumption while REAL WAGES are going down and EXPENSES are going up faster than inflation is what caused the collapse and the deregulation of lenders buying up the INSURERS who were SUPPOSED to keep lenders from taking too many risks w/ money they didn't have.
