  • Bread Pudding!

  • I have watched and enjoyed every video on this channel, the idea is new, simple and catchy, however one thing that I have noticed is that there aren't many "snack" type recipes (ie, very simple recipes which take 10 to 20 minutes to make) I hope that there will be more of these type of recipes in the future. Thanks, Monty

  • Singapore noodles. Shrimp or chicken pad thai. Maybe just a video about making curry paste? Green, red, penang, whichever. Anything curry. Curry is always good.

  • MACARONI AND CHEESE (:

  • I recently got back from Ecuador, where plantain is one of the staples. Unfortunately Ecuadorians are the least imaginative chefs of all time, and this usually consisted of a chip or an Empanada (pastry thing); over salted and dense. But i think it's got potential.

Can you think of something more exciting to do with plantain? You can buy it at Waitrose, and it's a high energy so will keep you going through a whole afternoon of lectures!

  • Since asians food hasn't really been made a lot how about making the famous hong kong pastry egg tarts :D thank you x) !

  • I have another suggestion! I was just recently talking to my friend who is allergic to gluten. Perhaps a gluten-free recipe?

  • could we get some simple gluten free recipes

  • CORN DOGS!!!!!!!!

  • @Nani101 No problem... stacks mroe to come throughout 2011!

  • @sortedfood :D

Quick question: do you think you guys can do a Viewer Questions video? Not necessarily about food (although obviously a lot of questions will probably end up being about food), but just a general "Ask the Crew" video where we get to know you guys better? Sort of like the Nerimon video?

I hope that doesn't sound too creepy >.<

  • Eggnog which is more of a drink than a dish.

  • Eggnog which is more of a drink than a dish.

  • desserts and tandoori chicken ! thanksss :D

  • Chicken Tikka Masala. I don't know how complicated it is or what... but if its simple enough give it a go! I know it has tandoori chicken (not gonna happen) but the sauce was divine (had this at a restaurant in rotterdam, NL). There were cashews and raisins in it I think 0.o

  • a simple chicken pot pie recipe, or any one - dish meal recipe would be fantastic!

  • more baking/cake-y recipes please :) preferably easier ones. the cake in a mug was ingenius!! :D

  • oooh! would it be possible to do a veggie ravioli?

i've always wanted to cook that.

can never buy it, being veggie and allergic to garlic. xD

    Merry Christmas!

  • Desert recipe's please! I loved the rocky road and baked alaska! (except my mam refuses to believe that a blow torch can be a cooking implement.) I'd love to know how to make an orange sorbet maybe? I got an early present of an electric whisk :D

    Merry Christmas!!!

  • Happy holidays, guys. :)

I just went through your recipes on your website thinking, "Psh. I can find something I want to add."

I ended up just clicking on a bunch of the videos and watching them.

And while I can't think of any good suggestions right now, I can say that your cake-in-a-cup recipe is my hero.

  • Even more vegetarian dishes and desserts.

  • Pies would be cool everything from fish to steak and ale

  • more desserts that DONT require ovens!!! coz i dont have one :(

  • MORE DESSERTS! :D

  • Pies! Any kind, meat pies, fruit pies... :D

  • Make the best bacon and egg sandwich ;)

I'm sure you can think of some sort of twist on the sandwich... !

  • When you said "BYEEE" at the end you sounded *so* similar to charlieissocoollike. I was actually confused for a second when Charlie's outro by Stephen Fry didn't immediately follow XD

  • The one thing I know how to make really well is a delicious calzone. I'd love to see how you folks at Sorted would do it!

  • [PS to the 'calzone' comment] (I know you already did pizza, so perhaps this would be too similar...hope not!)

    Palak Paneer

    Something with Quinoa

  • Polenta would be fun to make.

  • lentil dishes!

  • One of my favorite dishes ever is Posole. If you want an easy recipe you could try the chile-chicken posole recipe on food network. Or you can look up one of the more traditional dishes with pork. The traditional one has more depth to the flavor, but it takes about 2 hours longer to do. And both are delicious!

  • merry christmas and happy new years to you too, ben and barry!!! :)

  • you forgot "happy birthday"

because it's my birthday tomorrowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww (dec. 22nd, depending on when you read this)

  • i'd love to learn how to make pad-thai. :)

  • oh, and have a happy christmas, guys and girls :)

  • mmm... pavlova?

  • I echo the requests for Shepherd's Pie, and generally healthier meals. And for a challenge, you guys could try something kosher :-)

Oh, and also? Chocolate. Don't care what it is, just so long as it has chocolate. Yeah.

  • I would love a good (healthy) shepherd's pie recipe. I've had it on trips to england but it's not as well-known where I'm from.

anyway, have a great christmas and a lovely new year. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us in 2011 :)

  • do more things with alcohol!

  • Possibly anything gluten-free that doesn't taste like cardboard?

  • @ratherbecrazy Theres a bazillion gluten-free things that are tasty!

If you cant make the cake behave, have you tried adding ground almonds? It really works. Or if you stew some dates and mix them in, it moistens the cake mix (and makes it toffee-ish... nom)

    x

  • I want to learn how to make vegetarian samosa!!!

  • polish dish- cottage cheese and dumplings. I know it sounds wierd, but it's fantastic!

  • I'm a student and have almost no time to cook during the week, but I really like having hot meals. Can you make some recipes that are relatively inexpensive and require little prep? One pot meals, or meals that I can throw in a dish and shove in the oven are great. Thanks!

  • How about you guys show how to make tiramisu?

My grocery store sells it but it doesn't take right, and the small Italian place next door pretty much just uses whip cream, no sort of coffee flavor. I can't find any tiramisu that tastes as good as the one you get from Olive Garden. Makes me sad.

  • Really easy to make lunches! Something with chicken maybe? I already made the chicken quesadillas, so good :)

  • GRANOLA BARS

  • American pancakes!!!!!!!

  • chicken pot pie please

  • Chicken curry!

  • Some sort of non dairy dessert would be nice, seeing as I'm horribly allergic to Milk :( Happy holidays!

  • @KaitlynMarquez Is it lactose you can't eat? If so, then 99% of desserts that use milk you can make using soya milk instead.

  • @sortedfood I do use soy milk at times : ). For regular milk I get a different reaction than people who are lactose intolerant, no milk, cheese or chocolate for me.

  • vinatarta, i have wanted to try it foe quite some time now.

Merry christmas and a happy new year from germany :)

  • @UrAliceOfHearts we have a vegetarian playlist... but there's plenty more being added to it in the new year! :D

  • How about concentrating on 'British ethnic' recipes like stew, dumplings, roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, mince, fruit salad, treacle pudding, etc, etc, with no imported ingredients.

  • @UrAliceOfHearts they have tonnes

  • Some healthy and dairy free

  • how bout a pasta stir fry i love to make that but it always has the same things in it maybe you could give some new ideas .......and maybe something involving fish ?

and obviously everyone loves dessert so maybe you could do a few more of those :P

  • Er... a basic moist chocolate cake? I don't like chocolate as a cake, but I want a reason to develop the craving. ^_^ Happy New Year!

    Xmas is so cliche... Haha

  • Something you can cook entirely in the microwave...for those of us without a stove-top...

  • Could you do a simple (as usual) recipe for chili con carne ? I've always wanted to taste that, but I was always to lazy to learn how to cook it :D

  • @MaxHasMovies :D - enjoy!

  • Merry X-mas guys!
