Lets quit the hating on Fisher man..... Derek Fisher has intangibles that you wont see in the stat section. He can turn around games real eazy. Pay attention to what he does on the court defensively and how he manipulates the rules and players to the lakers advantage. Then you will see why he is important. He is also a great leader

check it out brah.. . the lakers dont need an all star guard.. the lakers need a guard who makes good decisions.... and is a leader on the floor... . we have arguably 4 to 5 all stars on the team.. . we dont need fish to score we need him to make good decisions.. . plus the lakers run a triangle offense so they really dont need a "point guard"... they need someone to bring the ball up and tell people what to do and where to go.. . kobe and fish are the captains for a reason....
