FYI...the "Executive Orders" that you have listed in the side bar CAN BE IMPLEMENTED AT ANY TIME. Perhaps some of you have forgotten that Obama declared a state of "National Emergency" in regards to the H1N1 non-virus. This was done under the auspice that it would allow "needed resources to be moved around more efficiently". To this date it has not been repealed. A state of emergency can exist for UP TO 2 YEARS, before Congress is required to renew. They are cocked and locked...are you?
