Lansing is in need of major improvements that can attract tourist and bring dollars back into this city and put those dollars back to the city and communities around here! we need nice tall buildings that make this town more appealing/attractice! perhaps an amusement park. Im not dogging Lansing, im sharing my opinion and those things mention would be nice and appreciated.
there are new buildings going along the grand river that will make it bigger, but the rent to live IN it is outrageous. there's a lot of dead space area that is still new.
Wow pattengill's gone?!?!? Even my grandfather went to that school. It was a rough place though, so I guess good riddance. I haven't been through that area in years though. Looks ok though from your film.
The part where you say Sparrow is huge aint no Joke, I remember when all that area was a huge parking lot, and stomping ground during lunch break when I went to Eastern. I seen many asses beat on that corner right there. Same with the rite aide a crossed the street, that was all vacant.
I was born here there was always a tall christmas tree at the capital building every year=old memories.

they built a newer school closer to cath cent HS, there is new subdivisions in there. i think it's called pattengill as well.
