Oooooooooh, I know what you could do: by programming it to find TWO entities within its range, the farthest and closest, while setting the range so that the OTHER hand doesn't get caught in it (although it looks like it's out of range already). When two notes are together, you spread your fingers to it, although imaginably this may lead to trouble when only doing ONE note, as you could imagine....If you can make an air guitar from a THERAMIN, then it may not be TOO hard to do it (continued)

well its not exactly practical is it have you seen how hard the songs get these day

i constantly get 96% + on ttfaf it doesn't make them easy... it wouldnt be practical to wave your arm at 26 notes per second for the red snake would it... its just impossible

i'm not sure if you can patent an idea like this one, and the actual software would need to be rewritten to integrate properly into the game anyway. So as is, its not much more than a cool concept.

Why is it just a cool concept? On the video, it seems to work quite well, you talk like you're not advanced in the project, but it looks nice on the video.
