@Tom: is that LED flashlight on the table your UV light source? And the flashlight behind you is a regular bulb? I use my Fenix L2D to judge roast color but the problem with white LEDs and fluorescent lights is that their color rendition index isn't even close to daylight perfection. It sure would be nice to have a perfect light source for comparing and judging roast color indoors while roasting.

@1313EbutUoy Never mind, the big one is your UV cannon. My guess is that you're looking at fluorescent mold spores on/in the beans.
