I kind of upsets me how wouldn't let her get married, I mean..come she loved him...let her died married to men she loved, then just a friendship loving thing..it kind of defeated the thing she wanted, they didn't respect what she wanted..And being her weak state she couldn't really fight back...on what she REALLY WANT!..so I Feel a cheated girl was cheated out of her wish and that makes me cry I hope Matt will someday will learn to love again..trying his love away..evil fates..
@PFXProductions : Sabrina was not cheated out of anything. There are certain legalities that come with someone that is terminally ill not to mention young. Its easy to make comments like "she was cheated" and "she was too weak to fight back" when you dont have all the facts. This was something they both wanted and took delight in sharing. She wanted Matthew to be able to move on after she had passed and not be left at 15 with the title of widower.

These parents are good people, the girl found a hell of a man, then again she was a beautiful girl. Sabrina, I am glad you found what most of us havent. God's speed and safe travels. As for the guy, strong back bone and big heart - dont change. For the parents, few and far are parents like you to let this go and to watch out for the boys long term emotion. This, in iteself, is a series of amazing and honerable events.

I kind of upsets me how wouldn't let her get married, I mean..come she loved him...let her died married to men she loved, then just a friendship loving thing..it kind of defeated the thing she wanted, they didn't respect what she wanted..And being her weak state she couldn't really fight back...on what she REALLY WANT!..so I Feel a cheated girl was cheated out of her wish and that makes me cry I hope Matt will someday will learn to love again..trying his love away..evil fates..

@PFXProductions : Sabrina was not cheated out of anything. There are certain legalities that come with someone that is terminally ill not to mention young. Its easy to make comments like "she was cheated" and "she was too weak to fight back" when you dont have all the facts. This was something they both wanted and took delight in sharing. She wanted Matthew to be able to move on after she had passed and not be left at 15 with the title of widower.

I just saw this heartbreaking story on yahoo as well. Reading an article on aol about this story made me cry even more than this video. I can only hope that one day I'll find a man with the qualities that Matt Scozzari has. This is such a lovely but sad story.

@sweetguyadfo I lost my g/f to cancer a little over a year ago, she was 17. I had known her since she was 13. Even I cannot imagine how they must have felt at 15 and 16. Seeing this makes me wish people were not so self absorbed, worry about what other pepole think. Matthew is indeed more of a man than most guys will ever be.

I too have just seen this story via Yahoo. Such a emotional real life story. Clearly, that young man is a true role model for not only young teen boys but, all men. I am so glad that Sabrina Parker found a true, real and loving friend in her short life. Such is rare these days, such real love they had is rare also. R.I.P. Sabrina Parker. As for the guy, strong back bone and big heart - dont change. For the parents, few and far are parents like you to let this go and to watch out for the boys long term emotion. A heart warming and tragic story all in one. My question though is where were the girls parents? Obviously not a bid deal but were her grandparents taking care of her? She should have been allowed to get married and wear a wedding dress. Whoever made the decision being that as inappropriate is a very cruel individual. I can only hope that in the future the person who failed this young woman is not permitted to fullfill a dying wish of their own due to someone ELSES
