Bueno lo que dice diegopiatti no es tan disparatado, yo creo que autenticamente nuestro, tenemos el asado, el dulce de leche, vino y un par de cosas mas. La pasta y su preparacion, los helados, la reposteria y muchas salsas las heredamos de los tanos, basta darse una vuelta por Italia para darse cuenta, de los espanioles en cambio tenemos mucho menos.

technodazed, you should try vegetarian empanadas, they are great. i love red meat but empanadas of cheese and onions or of spinach and egg, they taste sooooo good! You will love it. You could also try empanadas de vigilia, they are with some kind of fish, i never really knew what s inside hahaha, they are also good.
