No, I don't think he produced sad music at all. Is a sunrise or sunset sad? No. Is solitude and meditation sad? No.

His music is thoughtful, often complex and ordered in a sweet, kind way. That is what he says to me. I love his music for exactly that, and I don't have sad feelings from his work at all. Listen to his cello sonatas and enjoy!

@posposlover Absolutely I would not characterize Bach or his music as sad. Brilliant and poignant yes, but if you listen to (for example) ALL of the cello suites and violin concertos, he is downright playful and even folksy in some of it.

ليس كل شخص لديه مستقبلات لهذا النوع من الموسيقى فهى تحتاج إلى آذان مرهفة و لقد شعرت بأنى غريب فى محيط معارفى على الأقل لأنى أبدى اهتمامًا بكلاسيكيات الموسيقى و كم يسعدنى أن يشاركنى أحد خصوصًا من اخوانى العرب يشاركنى الاحساس السامى الذى أشعر به عند الاستماع لهذه التحف الفريدة
