Lol looking Chinese so you have to speak Chinese? I am caucasian and can't imagine anyone coming up to me angry because I can't speak German or Dutch while living in the US. Now if I lived in Germany that might be different.

LOL! Wow. Some people... really. I work at a retail department store and I have to deal with the same kind of things as well. Its like they think we're hooked into the computer and know off hand what we have in inventory. And I get the same lecture for not knowing Spanish and being Mexican. Lol! I can relate there.
