Im a java app programer and j2me creater today java is as light as you can get and most apps are 780k or less depending on mid the simplest is 1.0 at a 150k average and only supers still frame animation no rich animation and can only support 8 bit games no apps or add on soft were and can not run stand alone

What intregs me about nes and esp rad racer is the complexity comparded to the pysical hard ward today its imposible to run a program as light as rad racer and get that type of frame rate

I think this would be nice as a XBLA/PSN/WiiWare game but I think it fits best on the iPhone/iPod Touch.

I mean you can just controll it with 2 buttond you place low on the screen and you can tilt and shake it like a real pinball machine. And they could put some other tilting-minigames in there aswell.

I need to know the name of an NES game. I think it was on the NES. Its a tank game. The view is from inside the tank. you do not see any of the instruments inside the tank. Moving left to right is very slow. Driving forwards i is pretty fast 30-40MPH. You only shoot other tanks in the game. Could someone please tell me the name of the game? It could be a Sega Master system game too i am not sure.The graphics are an early attempt at 3D.

Well HD wasn't designed for (just) gaming. It was designed to display a sharper image on a TV.

You do realize that when TVs 1st came out that no one actually said "Hey I want to project an moving image like in the movie theaters & not something that is a flipbook but I want it all in the comfort of my home. Yea, I want to be abIe interact with objects on the screen too."
