steady shot- steady being the key word. Keeps the shot steady. not too shaky. ya know?

For the video camera function it has two settings. "multi focus", which automatically adjusts focus during the video. And "centered focus", which sets the focus at "infinite distance". Basically meaning the focus is off. Hope this helps! Maybe i'll put up a focusing video with both settings
