It's great to see that you have saved such a nice tribute to the past! As a fellow firefighter I wish I had the same for my department. Depending on what format the digital transfer was made to, try finding someone who can import the video into a computer editing system (final cut, avid, premiere, etc.) and have them "flop" the image to correct the backwards image... might want to change the music too. Try your local high school to see if they have a video class. Very cool!
