What I love about Troy is not only can he shred that uke, but his voice is so smooth. yeah, Jake can rip but he definately cannot sing a note as far as I've heard. everybody knows that the big boom in ukulele popularity started from Troy and the Ka'au Crater Boys! That's why I started... Cheeeeee! still the master Troy!

Troy is the best ukulele player in the world! Too bad people don't seem to recognize or appreciate him as much as an equivalent guitar player. Do you think people would just walk by Eddie Van Halen or Jimi Hendrix without so much as a glance? He is every bit as talented as gifted as any of those guys. It sucks. Just close your eyes and listen to the magic!

I'm so glad to have found this link! I have played it 472 times in the past three days!!! We just returned from a once in a lifetime (well it was supposed to be!) trip to Hawaii. This song takes me right back to the street where we found Troy. I love his voice!!

We saw him last week on that same corner near the International Market. AWESOME!!! Nice guy easy to talk to. His Ukelele CD is great, although lacking vocals (shame since he has a good voice). A real treat.
