element 115 has already be created in labs and if i remember correctly is called uunpetoleum, and is indeed stable, but like he stated was only about 5 or 6 atoms

@jomolisious Yup, you're right. Only about 30atoms Ununpentium have ever been synthesized to this very date. It only exists for an extremely small amount of time, before it turns to a completely different isotope.

Because he took the initiative to go public with his story. At the point anything the government did against him would pretty much corroborate his story. Since he has no real evidence and we have nothing to go on except his word, there is no real reason for the military to do anything. Anything they did to harm him would in fact harm the government more. His sudden death would not likely go unquestioned.
