  • Looks good, but the 1st guy has jokers face, not original so be careful claiming so. Other than than thanks for the tip

  • GOOD!, CONGRATULATIONS ,...WITH THIS YOU HAVE ENCOURAGED A LOT OF PEOPLE TO DO THIS AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND SIMPLE,...

  • and you've never had trouble with burnt/melted legs? i don't mean the entire leg, just like where it rests on the hot edge of the pot

  • I always hate to see really talented artists who just do "sexy ladies". Particularly because they just do one freaking woman over and over. They don't understand how to make different body types seem sexy. So their talent goes to waste making the same masturbatory figures over and over.

  • @Jcolinsol i know what you mean man. i went from wrestling to horror based figures. check out the shifflet brothers forum, bunch of monster/fantasy figures and sculptures done by some very talented guys.you might like it.

  • How hard is the clay when it dry. Is it like apoxy quality?

  • @CustomFig no not at all , its harder than regular sculpey but definatly not apoxy strength you can scratch it off if u wanted to

  • Hi I love your sculpt! Can you please tell me, if I want to make a PVC figure more muscular, can I apply a layer of Super Sculpey (flesh/skin toned) over the whole body of the figure and let it be without baking? I'm new in the craft please forgive me if it's a silly question. Thank you!

  • @DaggumGar yes you can boil it and it should be fine

  • pink stove @_@

  • Been at it for 20 years, partner has been at it for 20 years. Both of us have designed products for clay companies and have working relationships with the chemists. Boiling simply doesn't properly cure the clay. I am glad you have not had an issue. Others who follow this method will.

  • @TomboTronic thats cool bro, i use aves apoxie sculpt most of the time. i just do what ive ben taught by other customizers in this hobby field. usually alot of people have questions so i figured id help out

  • Because the boiling point of water is far below the necessary temperature to fully cure polymer clay, nor does a hair dryer... The product will NOT be correctly cured. This is not common sense, it is an error. Not enough heat and certainly not enough time for the clay to fully polymerize. One of many reasons why the general art world sees Polymer Clay as a junk medium. Improper baking. Oh and a lighter will release toxic fumes.

  • @TomboTronic been doing this for years buddy and it always works for me

  • Cool stove!

  • @beatlebabe1969 lmao its just an old electric stove

    thanks
