I've tried to make anamation like this and may I just say that it is quite difficult...

1) prepare the bike rig
2) add Handlebar, Right pedal and Left pedal props (in red) and sit Biped in the right position
4) Nail the hands to handlebar_props and each foot to the R_prop and L_prop : >>Key Info > IK Blend > "Select IK Object" and change "IK Blend" to 1
5) unstuck the hands (or feet) using "set free key" (set "IK Blend" to 0)
6) nail the hand using "set planted key" (set "IK Blend to 1)
