No, you don't need to add any more tape. The fillers are contained inside the envelope. Maybe if you use very tiny fillers like glitter, you may want to tape the insert to the back side of the envelope. Other than that, I don't know why you should any more tape.

Don't you need to put some tape on the sides so it won't fall out the sides or no

oh ok i did not know i guess that there is not alotta room on the sides
but anyways this is a creative way to make them andi am gonna have to buuy some cd's so i can get those envelopes
