This show was a triple bill, Opening act was the Outlaws followed by The Marshall Tucker Band and finished with Lynrd Skynrd.I too was at this show, we all got our butts kicked that night.
Snuck back stage with John L at this concert. Sir Douglas Quintet, Charlie Daniels & Lynard Skynard. At the front of the stage you could pull the plywood down and crawl under the stage. Drank Jack Daniels with Ronnie & Charlie
1 step forward ... three steps backwards into time. I was a former DJ at Club Atlantis in Jacksonville and let me tell you. This is for real, Mother's Finest, Molly Hatchet, Johnny Van Zant Band, Blackfoot and Danny Jo Brown all hung out. Talk about a drinkin ho down. I didn't realize it, but it was probably the prelude to my 12 step program! Seriously, it was good times!!
leon does such a good job with the harmony!!!!!!!!and live too!!!!!todays bands groups whatever need to study these older bands to get an idea!!!!!!!!!!no effects here!!!!!!!!thanks for posting i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah you can tell with many bands past and present. The sound they produce live
