They're teaching people the second half about money. The first half is how to earn it, the second half is how to spend it. Too often ppl don't know how to spend their money *intelligently*. Bying the latest Apple gadget is a good example of unintelligent spending. Motivation in spending needs to be analyzed too. If you spend to keep up with the Jones (and it happens a lot!) you're not spending right.

I was not impressed about their recreational activities. Traveling abroad or even a road trip can be enriching.

F.Y.I. "America's Cheapest Family Gets You Right On the Money" is a very very good book. Not "preachy" and a great resource!
