The way he comes in standing, touches the guy lower than him as it cuts off his head in the zoom in on ol john. Same thing in both commercials I've seen. The producer must have read a line in readers digest about how him standing would make him look more powerful and able to fight the IRS. It just doesn't translate, sorry, comes off creepy and ghetto budget.
