He (guy u mention) used them out of context and they were actually untrue. His quotation was incorrect and fabricated, the wording was not representative of the original language, it was a poor translation that lost the meaning and there were continuous generalized remarks in his comments and continuing conversations that had absolutely no evidence or truth.

The Muslim complainants were demanding that the Canadian government order Maclean's to publish a rebuttal to Steyn's article -- for the government to order a publication to print, or not print, specific content is the very definition of censorship. The choice of content of a publication should be up to its publishers -- apparently these and many other Muslims disagree.

He (guy u mention) used them out of context and they were actually untrue. His quotation was incorrect and fabricated, the wording was not representative of the original language, it was a poor translation that lost the meaning and there were continuous generalized remarks in his comments and continuing conversations that had absolutely no evidence or truth.
