you can watch all cardcaptor sakura episodes in english dub, just go on google type in any episode you wanna watch and it comes up with sakura pic that says the episode in ENGLISH DUB!!! and then watch them

Several reasons tbh. Maybe they thought people would stop watching cause there was romance? Plus, some people are really strict with kids hugging/kissing whatever. Remember at the end of the second movie they cut out Sakura hugging Syaoran? Thats a great example of what I'm talking about.
