@MrKdante Honestly, It is what works best for you. I have seen ppl use certain DAW's that are not considered professional. Pro Tools is used so much, because it is just considered industry standard. Like I said, it all depends on you. I hope that helps
Hey thanks homie for the video But I have one question? toward the end you can open up another midi track but in order for me to do that i had to open another aux track to hear it and my rewire had to be set on channel 3 and 4 is that right? or am i doing this wrong? Thanks
no, the cheapest Pro Tools is the M-Powered, but it's very limited because you need a good soundcard to run pro tools, if you're just starting with Pro Tools and you want it cheap, get the Pro Tools M-Box 2 Micro
Another thing u can do with the setup shown here is. Send the reason aux track to a bus on a mono track and work with wave files instead of midi notes.
simplified versionl.. load an instrument track.. insert rewire plugin assign outputs on reason and make sure your ins and outs are assigned to reason. if you wanna record to audio add audio track and assign the input from rewire track.
I just installed pro tools and I dont see reason in my instruments drop down. I can install the Reason Adapted 3.0 but I already Have Reason 4. What am I missing.. P.S. I totally understand what you just did, I just dont see it in pro tools
you should be able to use reason 4 as a rewire I would try installing reason again then open protools back up crate a auxiliary track then click in the first insert go to Instruments in the drop down and select reason
There we go finally fucken loaded up LOL love the way you said that!
