  • There we go finally fucken loaded up LOL love the way you said that!

  • omg!!! good lookin bro. u made it so easy.and dis my first time using pro tools.

  • you can use it in a stereo audio track as well, just make sure reason is closed before you try to insert it in the channel

  • Thx bro this was extremely helpful fam!!!!

  • Indeed i have the same prob with the mpk.

reason keeps tellin me there is a midi problem because the usb midi is in use with pro tools.

how did you get that workin???

    Peace

and thanks for the vid, helpfull anyway

  • finally fuckin load it up lol. thanks man

  • HOW TO I REWIRE A BEAT I MADE IN REASON AND PUT IT IN PRO TOOLS

  • can you rewire reason to the new Digidesign Pro Tools M-Powered 8?

  • how do you setup the count in click sound in pro tools 8

  • is it BETTER TO REWIRE WITH PRO TOOLS TO GET MORE POWERFUL SOUND OR WHAT.WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED TO MAAKE MI SOUND MORE PROFESSIONAL

  • @MrKdante Honestly, It is what works best for you. I have seen ppl use certain DAW's that are not considered professional. Pro Tools is used so much, because it is just considered industry standard. Like I said, it all depends on you. I hope that helps

  • good stuff mann

  • Thanks for the info man!!!!!

  • thanks man i spent like 5 hrs tryin to figure this out before i decided to come to trusty youtube

  • I got the same question/problem that plastikman7269 has.

  • how to record reason4 into protoo 7.4 any help please

  • Hey thanks homie for the video But I have one question? toward the end you can open up another midi track but in order for me to do that i had to open another aux track to hear it and my rewire had to be set on channel 3 and 4 is that right? or am i doing this wrong? Thanks

  • is this pro tools the one that is the cheapest you can buy?

  • no, the cheapest Pro Tools is the M-Powered, but it's very limited because you need a good soundcard to run pro tools, if you're just starting with Pro Tools and you want it cheap, get the Pro Tools M-Box 2 Micro

  • That was cool of you to do this man Thank you, 1.

  • Thanks man, really good tutorial.

Clear and down to Earth, I appreciate it!

  • GRACIASSSSSS+`+++++

  • Another thing u can do with the setup shown here is. Send the reason aux track to a bus on a mono track and work with wave files instead of midi notes.

  • Thats a helpful tutorial but for some reason i don't have to do all that. It automatically does it for me.

  • u can use same method as pro tools 7.4. they have tutorials on this for version 7.4

  • simplified versionl.. load an instrument track.. insert rewire plugin assign outputs on reason and make sure your ins and outs are assigned to reason. if you wanna record to audio add audio track and assign the input from rewire track.

  • always apreciated.... protools 8 is mix heaven.. i noticed it does buffer nagging for no reason when using instrument tracks.

  • oh man thanks a lot bra good looking out hommie st8up...

  • I just installed pro tools and I dont see reason in my instruments drop down. I can install the Reason Adapted 3.0 but I already Have Reason 4. What am I missing.. P.S. I totally understand what you just did, I just dont see it in pro tools

  • you should be able to use reason 4 as a rewire I would try installing reason again then open protools back up crate a auxiliary track then click in the first insert go to Instruments in the drop down and select reason
