The other night I awoke to a pack of coyotes howling in an adjacent field. The probably were celebrating the demise of a calico cat or a boston terrier.

Sounds like special ed day at the park. Wow, I've heard similar things but never attributed it to owls. I didn't know what that was. Thought it was the neighbors oxygen starved kids or something.
