You explained the first topic quite well but seem to have run out of time on the Relaxation Response. Perhaps that topic can be split into it's own video? IIRC the book talked about comparing that method with TM and was found comparable (both gave same results). Also the word can be substituted with whatever word you choose (can be meaningful to the practice). Also, "Beyond the Relaxation Response" elucidates the 10 to 15 minutes after finishing sitting and how they can be put to good use.
