  • Heard you don't really notice it in a longer wheelbase car.

  • @kop4321 my truck has a 137 inch wheel base

  • It will wheel-hop around slow sharp turns. It will feel like there is some slop in your steering even though there is none. Any existing slop will be magnified. It will affect your R-ABS computer...On the highway, giving it gas, your steering will pull one way, letting off the gas will make your steering pull the other way because change in torque. If you have a manuel transmission, you will always have to take off in 1st gear, It is very harsh on the whole drive-train. Off-road, It is great !

  • uh... i'm thinking of getting on for an 88 ramcharger that will weigh roughly 5k pounds, my question is how is the on-road handling characteristics of it? most of the complaints i see come from jeep or drag car owners (both of which want light weight vehicles) and was wanting some feedback from somebody with a heavy vehicle.

  • How did you strip out the bolts from on road use?

  • @guyincognito83 i use the truck on and off road..i haul up to 7000 pounds payload..The axle bolts seem to be the weak link in the F350's drivetrain.

  • so y is it better then my arb then i can swich on and off

  • @paulktmrider I wish to have an ARB in my front axle someday. But I like to have my rear axle locked at all times

  • @jeffssafari10 Why?

  • @smacman68 I'm sorry, I didn't understand the question. Why what? : )

  • @jeffssafari10 Why do do feel you need the rear diff locked at all times?
