sideshow always shows a great figure or statue in the box of the figures but the final product is always kind of disappointing have you checked on the new figure from hot toys I think it will be better than this statue
@playmobilhero i sent it back because the knot, that you can see on the box pic, was broken and i was really happy to get rid of it but i agree with you the statue it's amazing but the likeness... why only hot toys nail the likeness?!
i never really liked the prototype and now you're saying this is not better then i will definately pass. Thanx for your honest comments. I know ray said it looks just like him but seriously i can't see it - terminator and indy were way better sculpts.

I believe that you just saved me from spending lots of money on something that I won't like.Plus,I was only going to buy it because I love Johnny Depp,what's the idea of getting it if the face isn't sculpted and painted properly,right?

I agree also about the proto-types ive been waiting for sideshow to do a part 3 jason vooreehs for so long now and now they have and i,ve managed to snag the exclusive with only 200 made,,,im hoping and praying that the final production line we get is on par with the picture shown on the proto which is actully amazing..
heres hoping i suppose,but damn the money where spending they should spend more time on our products than rushing them out of the door.
@hotslayer73 good luck with you jason. i agree with you and already sent an email to sideshow talking about their "quality control" back when i had an issue with my sabretooth exc head. i bought this one because i saw the videos from san diego comic con wich looked really good there.
True that,sideshow starts to piss people of.They do not look as good as they use to.And lots of times they are smaller then sidshow says.I have stoppt shopping from them,i only buy them 2nd hand and cinemaquette=) But great update.
absolutely, i pre ordered two jack figs from hot toys already.
