Seven Marines have just recently died in a tragic helicopter accident. Let this symbolic image fill our hearts with inspiraton and admiration for these honorable Marines. The marine standing and looking out during the raising participated in the first flag raising. He was later killed.
two marines on the far side, the one leading at the bottom also were killed.
